Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that this was indeed true and that they has bib was busted and needed to be replaced. And then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue fixed. The homeowner decided to help me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I’ll begin by cutting the water off at the road and then draining Down the water from the house. Once all of the water was drained down I’ve been proceeded to cut out the old hose bib and install the new frost free hose bib. Once the new husband was installed properly I cut the water back onto the home and pressurize the system and then he proceeded to make sure that nothing else on the home was leaking.down the water from the house. We were called out today to give options for installing a customer supplied vanity, as well as a free standing tub. The homeowner showed me to the area where the work will take place, and the floor plan of that bathroom was made to accommodate a tub which was never installed. There is about 36”x70” of space. As for the vanity, the master bathroom has a single vanity and the customer would like to swap it out for a double vanity. The plan as of now is to remove the existing material, and install the customer supplied double vanity with customer supplied faucets, and creating the drain lines and water supplies for each side of the sink. We will make two drains through the floor, and bring the water piping up through the floor, and cap off the old drain line to get it out of the way. Lastly, the customer asked me about a recirculating pump or something similar to help the kitchen faucet heat up faster. The simplest solution in this situation would be to install a small and style heater in

Upon arrival customer made me aware that he had heard a loud pop and has no hot water and upon further investigation I found that the two year old rheem water heater was leaking out of the base and the lower panel. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and he informed me that he does have a five year warranty on these appliances in the home. That warranty company does allow him to hire his own contractors to rectify the situation. The customer will be sending our information as far as estimate into the warranty company for reimbursement and as soon as the customer receives that check He will call us to get the unit replaced under warranty. The customer has left a $160 nonrefundable deposit but can be refunded at completion of job if the insurance company sends him full payment. Customer is aware of slight delay in scheduling if we have to pick up new water heater at supply house Nick pleasants Green level,nc

Upon arrival customer explained that water heater is doing the same thing as it was doing before we replace after looking at water heater and finding same water stains as last time around T&P i checked pressure on home at outside hose bib and at water heater and at both spots I’m getting 45psi checked temperature of water heater is set at 135 and I’m getting 130 at the tap sent customer pricing to replace and she is going to talk with manufacturing and get back with us also recommended getting a pressure gage to check pressure due to the fact it’s only happening at night so they could check pressure and see if it is shooting up causing this to happen

Installation of 2 emergency shut off valves and supply lines for right side master bath lavatory sink After arriving to the home the home and made me aware that she has a small leak underneath the master bathroom sink, after assessment of the situation I observed the supply line leading to the cold side of the right side faucet leaking, as well as their not being any emergency shut off valves for the fixtures in the bathroom, after presenting three upfront prices for repair and gaining approval I proceeded to install two new quarter turn shut off valves and braided supply lines for the right side faucet in the master vanity, followed by returning water to the home and checking extensively for leaks with non-found
